Solidays

Paris · Île-de-France · France

Solidays is run by the association Solidarité Sida and exists to fund HIV and AIDS programmes in France and abroad; the surplus from ticket sales goes to projects the association selects and publishes. Several thousand volunteers staff it, and the festival village carries prevention and testing stands alongside the bars.

It is held on the Longchamp racecourse in the Bois de Boulogne, inside Paris, which gives it a profile unlike the campsite festivals: the audience arrives by métro and goes home at night.

Solidarité Sida reported 260,000 spectators across the 2025 edition.

The line-up is broad francophone pop, rap and electronic, programmed for range rather than for a single scene. Tickets are cheap by the standards of the market, deliberately. It falls on the last weekend of June, which makes it the end of the Paris outdoor season — by mid-July the city's own audience has left for the coast.

PlanningSeasonal window on the last weekend of June; it closes the Paris season before the city empties in July.
