Viña Rock fills a site at Villarrobledo in Albacete for four days of Spanish rock, punk, hip-hop and mestizaje, and has done since 1996. It is among the largest music festivals in the country by any account.
A figure of 240,000 for 2025 circulates and is not recorded here. It appears without attribution in a news agency lead. The balance was issued jointly by the town council and the promoter, but the agency does not say which of them produced the number, and no publication by either side has been found. A figure whose owner cannot be named is not a figure.
The festival is absent from both our register and the partner's. It is filed now because a reader who meets the 240,000 elsewhere should be told why it is not here.
