Dubai Airshow

معرض دبي للطيران

Dubai · United Arab Emirates

The Dubai Airshow is one of the three largest aerospace events in the world alongside Paris and Farnborough, held at Al Maktoum International in Dubai South. It is a trade event whose significance is the order book: the Gulf carriers place aircraft orders here that move manufacturers' share prices.

The organiser, Informa Markets, gives 135,053 attendees — for the 2023 edition. The page carrying that number is an announcement dated May 2025 and the figure in it looks back, which is the whole reason a year is compulsory in this field. For 2025 secondary outlets report more than 248,000 and no organiser release has been found.

The flying display runs daily and includes the Al Fursan aerobatic team.

It runs in odd years only, alternating with Farnborough and Paris in even ones. The partner calendar carries the cycle correctly, which is worth noting because two other biennials in this network — the Sharjah Biennial and the Fête des Vignerons — are filed as though annual.

PlanningNOT ANNUAL. Odd years only, at Al Maktoum International; in even years there is no show.
